Jenny Chiang has lived in California for more than 20 years and has been local to the San Francisco Bay Area for 10 years. With a strong financial background, Jenny spent several years in the financial planning industry before tackling San Francisco’s dynamic real estate market.

Jenny and her husband, an architect, enjoy owning and investing in real estate. She personally understands what it means to carefully search and negotiate the value of a home in order to get the most bargain for any property.

Michael Son was born in Seoul, Korea. His family moved to the US in the late 60’s, and he has been a lifelong resident of San Francisco. He has volunteered for non-profit organizations since his youth. He is also a 5th degree Black Belt certified by the World Tae Kwon Do Federation.

Michael has worked in retail, security, hospitality and insurance areas and have progressed to supervisory or management in every field. In real estate alone, he eventually became a Team Leader and Office Manager for several different companies. His extensive knowledge includes residential, commercial and property management. He has worked with many first time buyers and sellers, turning them into lifelong clients. Due diligence and fiduciary duties with no pressure is his main goal, which compels his clients to view him as a Realtor for life.
